This is the first regular release nendoroid petit that is not sold in a box of 12 and without a secret piece. However the price of 2100 Yen for 3 Puchi means each one cost 700 Yen, or 40% increase of the normal Nendoroid petit. I would speculate that the figures however may come with extras like extra hands, or even extra body for each character, but only 1 head.
