Secret piece is Mikuru in green frog costume. Apparently there is a rumor on the internet (confirmed by what I hear among friends) that Kyon's sister (with cat on top of her head) is even more rare than the secret piece. At least this is true for Singapore. It could be batch mixed up. Luckily mine is complete.
